M8 Servo Motor Encoder Cable features an M8 A Code 8 Pin right angle female connector with an external battery box. It is designed for absolute encoder connections in integrated servo motors, stepper motors and industrial motion control systems.

The external battery box is dedicated to the absolute encoder rather than powering the servo motor. When the main power is switched off, the battery supplies the backup power required by the encoder to retain absolute position information. This allows the control system to recover the previous motor position after restart, reducing repeated Home operations and preventing position reference loss during normal power-off periods.

The 90 degree connector routes the cable in a predefined direction and reduces installation clearance around the motor interface, making it suitable for compact equipment and space-limited installations.
