Solenoid Valve Connectors, DIN 43650 Plugs & M8/M12 Valve Interfaces

Solenoid valve connection components for pneumatic systems, hydraulic manifolds, fluid-control equipment, process automation, machine I/O and industrial actuators. This collection includes DIN 43650 / EN 175301-803 valve plugs and device-side connector formats, field-attachable Form A and selected Form C interfaces, G-series rectangular and PCB-mount valve connectors, LED and diode-equipped valve plugs, M8 / M12-to-DIN adapters, M8 / M12 valve cable assemblies and application-specific coil connection solutions.

Choose by the complete valve-side and control-side requirement: valve coil or device reference, DIN form or connector series, plug or base format, contact configuration, connector gender, exact pin assignment, cable-entry method, required cable length, M8 or M12 interface details where applicable, indicator or suppression function, coil voltage, AC/DC requirement, polarity and installation environment. A valve-connector family name, center screw style or similar housing appearance does not define a universal pinout, voltage rating, coil function or replacement compatibility.

How to Select the Right Solenoid Valve Connector

Solenoid valve connector selection is a combined mechanical and electrical fit check. This collection covers DIN 43650 / EN 175301-803 valve plugs and bases, LED and diode-equipped coil connectors, M8 / M12-to-DIN adapters, G-series cable and board interfaces, and application-specific valve cable assemblies. The correct product must match the actual valve-side mating interface, coil circuit, control-side connection and installation conditions from end to end.

Application Typical Connector Role Confirm Before Ordering
Pneumatic, hydraulic or process valve coil DIN 43650 / EN 175301-803 plug, base or field-attachable connector that supplies the defined power or control circuit to a compatible valve coil or device interface. DIN form, plug or base format, contact configuration, center-fixing style, coil-side wiring, cable entry, voltage/current requirement, sealing requirement and original equipment reference.
Valve coil with power-status indication or suppression Specified DIN valve connector with an LED indicator, diode or other listed coil-protection component for a compatible electrical control circuit. Coil voltage, AC/DC operation, polarity, required LED color/function, protection-circuit requirement, contact configuration, source wiring and equipment documentation.
M8 / M12 sensor-actuator control connection to a valve M8 or M12 cable or adapter assembly that routes a verified industrial I/O connection to a specified DIN valve interface. M8/M12 connector coding and contact count, connector gender, valve-side DIN form, complete pin map, cable orientation, cable length, device supply and output wiring requirement.
G-series or PCB-mounted valve connection Rectangular cable connector, right-angle cordset or board-mounted connector used in a defined valve, actuator or industrial equipment connection. Exact connector series, mating geometry, contact count, cable versus PCB mounting method, pin assignment, solder or termination format, cable exit direction and equipment-side requirement.

Common Valve Connector Formats in This Collection

DIN 43650 / EN 175301-803 Plugs, Bases & Field-Attachable Types

Used for specified solenoid valves, pressure switches and industrial actuators with a matching DIN-style interface. Confirm the exact form, contact configuration, connector half, center-fixing method and cable-entry arrangement before choosing a replacement. Similar rectangular valve plugs may not mate with the same coil.

LED, Diode & Protected Coil Connectors

Used where the connector itself must provide a specified indicator or coil-protection function. Confirm the coil voltage, DC polarity, AC/DC suitability and exact protection arrangement. An LED or diode-equipped plug should not be substituted based only on housing shape or contact count.

M8 / M12 Adapters, G-Series Cords & Board Interfaces

Used to connect a specified valve or actuator interface to machine I/O, a sensor/actuator cable, a rectangular control connector or a circuit board. Select from the complete end-to-end connection requirement, including M8/M12 details, DIN form, pinout, mounting style and cable routing—not from the connector shell alone.

Valve connector appearance is not a compatibility guarantee. Form A and Form C interfaces differ mechanically, and products with similar contact counts can still differ in mating geometry, pin assignments, coil voltage, LED circuit, diode polarity, cable entry and intended wiring. M8 and M12 connections also require the correct coding, gender and pin map. Use the original part number, valve-coil drawing or verified wiring diagram to confirm replacement compatibility.

Information Needed for a Custom Valve Connector or Cable Assembly

For a compatible custom solenoid valve connector or cable assembly, provide as much of the following information as possible:

Valve, coil, manifold, sensor or actuator brand and model Original connector, cable or equipment part number Photos of both mating faces, center screw and cable-entry side DIN form, G-series, M8, M12 or other connector-series requirement Contact configuration, connector gender and full pinout Coil voltage, AC/DC operation, polarity and electrical load LED color, diode, rectifier or other required protection feature Cable length, outlet direction, cable entry, sealing and installation environment

FAQ

What is the difference between DIN 43650 Form A and Form C connectors?

They are different EN 175301-803 connector formats with different mating dimensions and application details. A Form A connector should not be assumed to fit a Form C coil or device interface. Confirm the exact form from the valve documentation, original part number or mating-face dimensions.

Are all valve connectors with the same contact count interchangeable?

No. The same contact count does not confirm the connector form, pin layout, center fixing, polarity, LED circuit, cable entry, voltage requirement or mating compatibility. Verify the complete connector specification before selecting a replacement.

Can an M8 or M12-to-DIN adapter connect to every solenoid valve?

No. The valve-side DIN form, M8/M12 coding, connector gender, contact count and full wiring must match the actual device. A passive adapter does not convert an incompatible control signal, change coil voltage or correct an unknown pin assignment.

Can I choose an LED or diode valve connector without checking coil voltage and polarity?

No. Indicator and protection components are circuit-specific. Confirm the coil voltage, AC/DC operation, polarity and required function so the selected connector matches the actual valve control circuit.

Can a valve connector convert 24V control power to another voltage?

No. A standard connector, adapter or cable assembly routes the specified conductors. It does not regulate, step up, step down or convert control voltage. Select the coil and connector assembly for the actual system voltage and wiring requirement.
