The Type-C Industrial Waterproof Panel Feedthrough Connector series provides a female-to-female USB Type-C connection for industrial equipment, control cabinets, enclosures, instruments, and embedded systems.

All three configurations use the basic architecture:

External Type-C female ↔ Internal Type-C female

Unlike a captive female-to-male extension cable, this series does not require a permanently attached cable. Independent Type-C cables can be connected on both sides of the panel.

A typical connection path is:

External USB-C device → Type-C cable → Panel Type-C female → Internal Type-C female → Internal Type-C cable → Host/controller

This modular architecture separates the panel interface from both external and internal cables, simplifying OEM assembly, maintenance, and cable replacement.

Type 1:

Type-C Tethered-Cap Female-to-Female Panel Connector

Product 1 is a Type-C female-to-female waterproof panel feedthrough connector with a tethered screw cap.

The external Type-C interface is protected by a removable screw-on cap that remains attached to the connector through a tether.

The panel should therefore be machined with the complete D-shaped anti-rotation profile rather than a simple Ø20.8 circular hole.

Type 2

Type-C Capless Thick-Panel Female-to-Female Feedthrough

Product 2 is a capless Type-C female-to-female feedthrough adapter designed for panel and thick-panel installation.

It provides direct USB-C access without requiring the operator to remove a protective cap.

Top locating slot: 3.30 mm
Overall cutout height: 24.00 mm

The locating slot provides orientation and anti-rotation positioning and should be included in the complete panel cutout.

Type 3:

M21 Full-Thread Type-C Waterproof Feedthrough Connector

Product 3 is an M21 full-thread Type-C female-to-female waterproof feedthrough connector with an externally threaded tethered cap.

Its primary mechanical difference from Product 1 is the full-thread body, which provides additional axial adjustment for panel mounting.
