Products Description
The PCM-S-0795 is a custom 2 AWG high-current power jumper cable assembly designed for short-distance electrical connections between battery terminals, busbars, contactors, power distribution units and other high-current DC components.
The assembly uses a heavy-gauge red UL10269 2 AWG wire with an outer diameter of approximately 11.8 mm. Both ends are terminated with easy-entry copper tube ring terminals, providing secure bolted connections for demanding electrical equipment.
According to the drawing, the P1 side uses a 6.4 mm ID ring terminal, while the P2 side uses a larger 13 mm ID ring terminal, allowing the cable to connect electrical components using different stud sizes.
Red heat-shrink tubing is applied around both terminal crimp areas for insulation, mechanical protection and a clean finished appearance. Identification heat shrink and a centered product label support traceability during equipment assembly and maintenance.
