A suitable valve connection is determined by more than the outer shape of the plug. Start with the valve-side connector form and contact arrangement, then match the control-side interface, electrical configuration and cable construction to the actual installation.
Confirm whether the valve requires a DIN / EN Form A, Form B, Form C or another dedicated valve connector. Check the contact arrangement, center-screw position and mating dimensions.

Is DIN 43650 the same as EN 175301-803?
DIN 43650 remains a widely used purchasing term for this family of valve connectors. Many current product specifications refer to EN 175301-803. Always match the exact connector form, dimensions and contact arrangement shown in the valve documentation.
What is the difference between Form A, Form B and Form C?
They are mechanically different valve connector forms. Their mating dimensions and contact configurations are not interchangeable, so the form must match the valve-side interface exactly.
Can an M12 connector replace a DIN 43650 valve plug?
Not directly. An M12-to-valve adapter or cable assembly can be used only when the valve-side form, M12 coding, pole count, pinout and electrical requirements are correct for the application.
