ECT Mini FAKRA B Code to Four ECT FAKRA Female Cable
Connection Structure: One 818018734 ECT Mini FAKRA B Code four cavity female connector connects to four 818010602 ECT FAKRA Z Code straight female connectors. The FAKRA ends are nonsealed.
Unique Difference: Uses ECT connector references at both the grouped connection and the individual branch ends.
Suitable Installation: Assemblies specifying ECT female FAKRA cable ends for connection to matching male interfaces in protected locations.
ECT Mini FAKRA B Code to Four Rosenberger Type FAKRA Female Cable
Connection Structure: One 818018734 ECT Mini FAKRA B Code four cavity female connector connects to four nonsealed FAKRA Z Code straight female ends, with supplied reference 59Z113-000Z.
Unique Difference: Retains female FAKRA branches while changing the branch housing reference from the ECT version.
Suitable Installation: Projects whose receiving interface or harness documentation specifies the corresponding Rosenberger type FAKRA female connection.

ECT Mini FAKRA B Code to Four Rosenberger Type FAKRA Male Cable
Connection Structure: One 818018734 ECT Mini FAKRA B Code four cavity female connector connects to four nonsealed FAKRA Z Code straight male ends, with supplied reference 59Z114-000Z.
Unique Difference: Provides male connections on all four branches rather than the female connections used in Versions 1 and 2.
Suitable Installation: Joining existing female terminated FAKRA leads to the grouped B Code equipment interface.
ECT Mini FAKRA B Code to Four HFM Female Cable
Connection Structure: One 818018734 ECT Mini FAKRA B Code four cavity female connector connects to four nonsealed HFM Z Code single cavity female ends, with supplied reference AMK16A-1M4Z5-Z.
Unique Difference: Changes the branch connector family from FAKRA to HFM.
Suitable Installation: Peripheral connections using matching HFM male interfaces, with housing clearance and latch access checked for each branch.

ECT Mini FAKRA B Code to Four MATE-AX Female Cable
Connection Structure: One 818018734 ECT Mini FAKRA B Code four cavity female connector connects to four MATE-AX Z Code single cavity female ends, with supplied reference 1-2310137-9.
Unique Difference: Terminates the branches in MATE-AX interfaces instead of FAKRA or HFM.
Suitable Installation: Camera leads or intermediate assemblies requiring the corresponding MATE-AX male mating connection. Branch protection requirements should be specified separately.
Applications & Customer Value
Camera Lead Adaptation
A camera installation may retain its existing peripheral leads when the receiving equipment changes. Selecting the appropriate branch interface allows those leads to be evaluated for the new connection arrangement without assuming that all Mini FAKRA systems use the same mating format.
Harness Junction Placement
Connection points need space for mating, release and inspection. Individual branch dimensions allow junctions to be positioned near accessible mounting areas rather than crowded around the equipment port.
Environmental Boundary Planning
The grouped connection and remote junctions may sit in different environments. The IP67 Waterproof ECT endpoint can be considered within its specified mating arrangement, while nonsealed branches require suitable protection at their installation locations.
Production Variant Control
Similar looking harnesses can serve different equipment interfaces. Recording the B Code reference and selected branch version in the assembly documentation supports consistent picking, installation and replacement.
Product Features
B Code Mechanical Interface
The common connector has B Code keying and a Cream White housing. The coded mating geometry establishes the interface requirement; color provides an additional visual identifier.
Four Cavity Contact Insert
A shared internal insert accurately locates four coaxial contact positions within the grouped connector. Separate cable runs continue from these positions to the individual branch terminations.
IP67 Waterproof Common Endpoint
The ECT Mini FAKRA endpoint belongs to the cataloged IP67 Waterproof connector series. This rating does not confirm the protection level of branch connectors or the complete harness installation.
Separate Connector Retention Points
The grouped connector has its own locking arrangement, while each branch housing provides an individual mating latch. A branch can therefore be accessed without releasing the grouped equipment connection.
Customization Capabilities
Premier Cable supports:
Connector Customization
Premier Cable reviews connector type, gender, coding and housing design against the specified mating parts. Mixed branch combinations can be assessed when the four remote connections require different interfaces.
Cable Customization
Overall length and individual branch reach can be defined from the routing layout. Jacket material, shielding and cable structure are reviewed together with connector attachment and sealing requirements.
Electrical Customization
Pin assignment, cavity mapping and wiring definitions can be documented on the assembly drawing. Requests involving circuit configuration, resistance values or power ratings require engineering assessment.
OEM Manufacturing
Premier Cable supports drawing review, prototype preparation and mass production following specification approval. Branch identification, product labels and packaging can be arranged for installation control and repeat purchasing.
Product FAQ
Q1. Does the four cavity connector combine camera signals ?
No. It groups four physical coaxial connections. No signal combining or processing circuit is specified.
Q2. Are FAKRA, HFM and MATE-AX branch ends interchangeable ?
They are different connector interfaces. Select the branch version using the actual mating reference and drawing rather than appearance alone.
Q3. Can this B Code harness replace a C Code or D Code version ?
Replacement requires confirmation of the receiving equipment interface. The same number of cavities and branches does not establish coding compatibility.
Q4. What must be confirmed before assigning a camera protocol or data rate ?
Confirm the system requirements and finished assembly performance, including cable selection, length and termination. Connector type alone does not establish protocol support.
Q5. What information should accompany a sample order ?
Provide the selected version, mating references, cavity to branch map, cable requirements and dimensions. Include label text, quantity and any inspection or validation criteria.
