Micro-D 15-Pin Female to Female Cable Assembly is a compact dual-ended signal and equipment I/O cable designed as a compatible alternative to Molex 834229053, 834229054 and 834229055 cable assemblies.

The cable uses one Commercial Micro-D 15-circuit female connector on each end, allowing equipment fitted with compatible Micro-D 15-pin male interfaces to be interconnected without conventional full-size D-Sub connectors.

Three standard lengths are available: 0.46 m for Molex 834229053 compatibility, 0.91 m for 834229054 compatibility and 1.83 m for 834229055 compatibility.

The standard assembly uses 28 AWG conductors with all 15 circuits loaded in a compact two-row connector format. It is a passive point-to-point interconnect and does not convert protocols, voltage levels or signal formats. System compatibility depends on the approved pinout and the electrical interface of the connected equipment.
