Micro-Fit, Mini-Fit & Molex-Compatible Cable Assemblies

Molex-compatible wire-to-board cable assemblies for compact electronics, industrial controls, power supplies, embedded equipment, control panels and equipment-specific power-and-signal harnesses. This collection includes Micro-Fit 3.0, Mini-Fit Jr., Nano-Fit and Mega-Fit connector cable assemblies, including cable-to-cable extensions, connector-to-open-wire leads, right-angle formats, multi-circuit harnesses and custom pinout configurations.

Choose by the complete connector and circuit requirement: series family, mating housing or part number, pitch, number of circuits, row arrangement, plug or receptacle gender, keying, terminal style, locking or TPA requirement, verified pinout, wire gauge, cable length and intended electrical function. A connector family name or circuit count does not by itself confirm mating compatibility, current capacity, wiring assignment or replacement suitability.

Selection note: Do not select a wire harness only by the number of positions or the appearance of the housing. Micro-Fit, Mini-Fit Jr., Nano-Fit and Mega-Fit are different connector families with different pitches, mating housings, terminal systems, latch styles and wire ranges. Confirm the original connector reference, both mating interfaces and the complete circuit map before ordering. A passive cable assembly does not convert voltages, change protocols, add current capacity, correct an unknown pinout or make incompatible connectors mate.

Micro-Fit 3.0 & Nano-Fit Compact Harnesses

For compact wire-to-board power and signal connections where equipment specifies a Micro-Fit 3.0 or Nano-Fit interface. Available formats can include multi-circuit cable assemblies, connector-to-open-wire leads, compact right-angle configurations and defined power-and-signal harnesses for space-constrained equipment.

Check: exact series, pitch, circuit count, housing gender, row layout, latch and keying, required terminals, pinout, wire gauge and mating board-side connector.

Mini-Fit Jr. Power & Signal Cables

For equipment that uses a specified Mini-Fit Jr. interface for cable-to-cable, wire-to-board or replacement harness connections. Product formats may include male-to-female extensions, plug-to-open-end leads, multi-circuit power-and-signal cables and application-specific cable assemblies.

Check: mating housing series, circuit layout, plug or receptacle configuration, pin sequence, conductor function, wire size, locking requirement, cable length and actual electrical load.

Mega-Fit & Custom Multi-Circuit Cable Assemblies

For defined equipment connections that require a Mega-Fit or other specified multi-circuit wire harness. These assemblies can include connector-to-open-wire designs, cable-to-cable connections, customized lengths, labeled conductors and application-specific power or control circuit arrangements.

Check: original connector or cable reference, full circuit assignment, conductor count and size, connector gender, branch requirement, cable jacket, mechanical routing, test requirement and intended equipment interface.

Start with These Seven Selection Checks

1. Exact connector family: Micro-Fit, Mini-Fit Jr., Nano-Fit or Mega-Fit 2. Original housing, cable or equipment part number where available 3. Circuit count, row arrangement, pitch and mating-face geometry 4. Plug / receptacle gender, keying, latch style and TPA requirement 5. Exact pinout, conductor function and any required shielding 6. Cable-to-cable, open-end, right-angle, branch or wire-to-board format 7. Wire gauge, cable length, electrical load and installation conditions

For a compatibility review, prepare the equipment brand and model, original connector or cable part number, clear photos of both mating interfaces, circuit count, verified pinout or wiring drawing, desired cable length, wire-gauge requirement, electrical conditions and the actual installation location.
