NMEA 2000 N2K Power Isolator

This NMEA 2000 power isolator is specifically designed for DC power isolation within marine backbone networks. It effectively blocks ground loops, suppresses common-mode interference, and prevents single-point short-circuit faults from propagating throughout the entire network. The PCM-0723 features standard 5-pin M12 connectors (male input/female output) and offers plug-and-play functionality.

Internally integrated with a high-frequency isolation transformer, the device achieves complete electrical isolation between the input and output while simultaneously forwarding CAN bus signals without loss. It is ideally suited for providing power isolation between highly sensitive equipment-such as radar, sonar, multi-display instrumentation, and engine monitoring systems-and the vessel's power system, thereby significantly enhancing the NMEA 2000 network's immunity to interference.
