The PCM-KP-0012 is a DIN-rail mountable RJ45-to-terminal block adapter module designed specifically for industrial control cabinets and automation environments. Built on an industrial-grade PCB, it features a standard 35mm DIN-rail clip for secure, tool-free installation within the cabinet. The circuitry connecting each RJ45 port to its terminal block includes gold-plated solder pads, allowing engineers to integrate surge protection or signal filtering by adding resistors, MOVs, or inductors in series as needed. With clearly labeled terminals compatible with 26–12 AWG wire, this module eliminates the inconveniences associated with frequent plugging/unplugging of Ethernet cables or direct crimping of RJ45 connectors during field maintenance, thereby significantly enhancing the reliability and maintainability of wiring in industrial Ethernet, PLC communication, and SCADA systems.
