DIN Rail DB9 Male To Terminal Block Adapter

This is a DIN-rail mountable DB9 male-to-terminal block adapter designed for industrial serial wiring. One end of the module features a standard DB9 male connector for interfacing with the serial ports of devices such as PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), or industrial PCs. The other end provides a 9-position, high-reliability screw terminal block that clearly identifies and routes RS-232 or RS-485 signals (such as TXD, RXD, and GND).

The PCM-KP-0019 unit is designed for mounting onto standard 35mm DIN rails. Its internal PCB provides a 1:1 pass-through connection between the DB9 pins and the corresponding terminals, allowing users to connect field cables via screw terminals without the need for soldering. This solution addresses common field maintenance challenges-such as the inconvenience of repeatedly soldering DB9 connectors and the difficulty of fitting thick cables into standard housings-thereby significantly enhancing the efficiency and reliability of serial device commissioning and maintenance.
