Product Description
Micro-D 9-Pin Female to Female Cable Assembly is a compact dual-ended interconnect designed as a compatible alternative to Molex 834219049, 834219050 and 834219051 cable assemblies.
Both ends are terminated with Commercial Micro-D 9-circuit female connectors, allowing two devices with compatible Micro-D male interfaces to be connected without a standard DB9 adapter, terminal block or open-wire termination. This fully terminated CMD-to-CMD structure is suited to compact equipment in which connector size and cable-routing space are limited.
The cable can be used between controllers, interface modules, test fixtures, measurement equipment and other electronic assemblies that share the required Micro-D interface and pin assignment. Because Micro-D defines the connector format rather than the communication protocol, the equipment pinout and electrical interface should be confirmed before ordering.
Standard versions use 28 AWG conductors and overmolded connector ends with integrated strain relief. Premier Cable can manufacture custom lengths, pin-to-pin wiring, shielding, jacket materials, labels, connector hardware and overmold configurations according to a drawing, cable sample or equipment specification.
