27-Pin Trigger and I/O Cable for Machine Vision Systems
This cable assembly connects the I/O port of a compatible Teledyne DALSA Xtium or Xtium2 frame grabber to external control equipment.
The equipment end uses a screw-locking 27-pin high-density connector. The opposite end is divided into color-coded, stripped and tinned flying leads for connection to a terminal block, controller or custom wiring system.
One Cable for Trigger, Strobe and Encoder Connections
The open flying leads allow the individual I/O conductors to be routed to the required external devices, including camera triggers, machine-vision lighting controllers and encoder signal sources.
Color-coded conductors simplify identification during installation, while the shield and drain wire support integration in industrial imaging systems.
Connector and Open-End Construction
The P1 end features a nickel-plated connector shell, black insulator, molded strain relief and M2 screw-locking hardware for a secure equipment connection.
At P2, the outer jacket is stripped 55 ± 5 mm. Each conductor is stripped and tinned 5 ± 1 mm to support efficient wiring and termination.

UL2464 26 AWG Multi-Conductor Cable
The assembly uses a black UL2464 26 AWG, 27-conductor cable with shield and drain wire. The nominal cable outer diameter is 8.0 mm.
A black PVC overmold and internal LDPE molding provide a finished transition between the connector and cable.
