Products Description
This MDR HPCN14-to-HPCN14 cable features 14-pin male SCSI connectors at both ends and is designed for signal transmission between servo motors and control systems. Internally, the cable utilizes 28 AWG stranded copper conductors and a dual-layer shielding structure to effectively resist electromagnetic interference and ensure signal integrity. A key advantage is the metal screw-locking mechanism at both ends; compared to standard snap-fit or spring-loaded latches, this provides a more secure physical connection, effectively withstanding vibrations in industrial environments and preventing accidental disconnection. The PCM-S-0766 is widely compatible with servo drives and SCSI interface modules from brands such as Yaskawa and Panasonic, and custom cable lengths are available.

Applications
1. Servo Systems and Motion Control (Core Application)
This is the primary application scenario for the cable. It is widely used to transmit control signals between servo drives and motion control cards, or between servo motors and controllers.
2. Industrial Equipment Interconnection
Leveraging the vibration resistance provided by its screw-locking mechanism, the cable is also frequently used to connect PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), data acquisition (DAQ) devices, I/O cards, and other industrial modules equipped with 14-pin MDR (Mini Delta Ribbon) interfaces.
3. Data Storage and Network Systems
In the IT hardware sector, these shielded SCSI cables are also used to connect devices such as RAID systems, servers, workstations, and high-speed printers, ensuring data integrity during high-speed transmission.
