Right-Exit FAKRA Cable for Directional RF Routing
PCM-ZC-0180 uses the Rosenberger 59K2RK-102A4-Z waterproof right-angle FAKRA jack with the coaxial cable routed toward the right side of the connector reference orientation.
Combined with a 59Z176-C01-Z FAKRA Z-code plug and LEONI DACAR 462 coaxial cable, the assembly provides a compact jack-to-plug RF connection with a finished cable frequency range up to 6 GHz.
Cable-Right Orientation for Installation Planning
Right-angle FAKRA connectors are available with different cable exit orientations. The 59K2RK-102A4-Z used in this assembly is the cable-right version, directing the coaxial cable toward the right relative to the defined connector orientation.
Selecting the correct exit direction can simplify harness routing, reduce unnecessary cable bending and help avoid interference with nearby housings, brackets or electronic modules.
Right-Exit vs Left-Exit FAKRA Cable
Cable exit direction should be selected according to the orientation of the mating connector and the available installation space.
PCM-ZC-0180 uses the right-exit 59K2RK-102A4-Z. A corresponding left-exit configuration can be selected when the harness must route in the opposite direction.

The finished PCM-ZC-0180 cable assembly is specified for a DC to 6 GHz operating range with 50-ohm nominal impedance and a maximum VSWR of 1.80.
LEONI DACAR 462 automotive coax provides the shielded transmission path between the right-angle FAKRA jack and straight plug interface.

Choosing the Correct Cable Exit Direction
Before ordering, check the installed orientation of the mating FAKRA connector and the direction in which the harness needs to leave the module.
- Select Cable Right when the harness must route toward the right.
