PCM-ZC-0189 is a multi-channel automotive Ethernet breakout cable featuring one 4-port GEMnet Z-Code interface and four MATEnet Z-Code branches based on TE 2302461-9. The harness routes four independent channel pairs from the consolidated GEMnet connector to separate MATEnet interfaces.
4-Port GEMnet to Four MATEnet Z-Code Interfaces
The main side of PCM-ZC-0189 uses a 4-port GEMnet Z-Code connector based on TE 1-2386629-4. The breakout side provides four MATEnet Z-Code interfaces based on TE 2302461-9.
Each branch is assigned to a separate pin pair from the multi-port GEMnet interface, allowing four individual high-speed data connections to be routed from one consolidated connector.
Independent 4-Channel Breakout Design
PCM-ZC-0189 is designed as a passive fan-out harness. The four channel pairs within the 4-port GEMnet connector are routed individually to four MATEnet Z-Code branches.
The assembly uses LEONI Dacar 686-3 Ethernet cable with 100Ω nominal impedance for compatible automotive Ethernet interconnection applications.
