4-Port GEMnet Z-Code Automotive Ethernet Extension Cable
PCM-ZC-0187 is a 4-port GEMnet Z-Code automotive Ethernet extension cable featuring TE 1-2386629-4 interfaces on both ends. It provides four directly routed data channels for compatible multi-port GEMnet equipment and automotive Ethernet applications.
4-Port GEMnet to 4-Port GEMnet Connection
Both ends of PCM-ZC-0187 use GEMnet Jack Z-Code interfaces based on TE 1-2386629-4, allowing compatible multi-port GEMnet connections to be extended without breaking the four channels into separate connectors.
The cable maintains the defined channel arrangement from one 4-port connector to the other, making it suitable for equipment-to-equipment connections where the same GEMnet interface is required on both sides.
LEONI Dacar 686-3 Ethernet Cable
PCM-ZC-0187 uses LEONI Dacar 686-3 Ethernet cable and is specified with 100Ω nominal impedance and a DC–10GHz frequency range.
The cable assembly is also specified for 500 VRMS minimum Hi-Pot testing, 100% continuity testing, 110N minimum cable retention and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C.
