HD44 Female to Open Wire Cable Assembly
The PCM-0960 HD44 female to open wire cable provides a 44-position high-density D-Sub female interface on one end and individually separated flying leads on the other. It is designed for connecting equipment fitted with an HD44 male interface to terminal blocks, control cabinets, PCB assemblies, test fixtures or customer-specific wiring.
The standard assembly uses black UL20276 28 AWG multi-pair shielded cable with a finished length of 1500 ± 30 mm. The open-wire end provides 75 ± 10 mm flying leads with 3 ± 1 mm pre-stripped conductor ends.
The HD44 female connector features a black insulator, nickel-plated shell and UNC #4-40 locking hardware. Pin assignment is manufactured according to an approved customer wire list or equipment drawing.
