PCM-TAT-0008 is a compact 27-position solder plug connector designed for Hirose DH-series compatible high-density signal interconnection. Featuring a 1.0 mm pitch interface, solder-wire termination and zinc alloy backshell, it is suitable for machine vision, industrial I/O, trigger cables, test equipment and custom high-density cable assemblies.

The 27-position contact arrangement provides multiple signal connections within a compact connector footprint. Its 1.0 mm pitch format is well suited to industrial equipment where interface space is limited but a relatively high number of signal contacts is required.

Cable-Side Construction
Solder Termination with Zinc Alloy Backshell
The solder-wire termination allows individual conductors to be connected according to the required equipment pin assignment. This makes the connector suitable for custom assemblies where wiring varies between machine vision, trigger, control and industrial I/O applications.
The assembled zinc alloy backshell surrounds the connector termination area and provides a rigid cable-side enclosure, helping create a compact finished interface for industrial equipment installation.

Connector for Frame Grabber Trigger and I/O Cable Assemblies
The 27-pin DH-series connector format is used in compact high-density equipment interfaces and can be evaluated for machine vision trigger and I/O cable assemblies, including selected Teledyne DALSA Xtium and Xtium2 frame grabber applications.
For machine vision systems, PCM-TAT-0008 can be incorporated into customized trigger, synchronization, GPIO or auxiliary signal cables according to the frame grabber interface and required wiring configuration.
