Fixed XT90 Charging Port for Mobile Equipment
PCM-0975 is made for applications where an XT90 connection needs to become a fixed charging or service port on the outside of a machine. Instead of leaving a loose XT90 connector hanging from the battery harness, the connector is mounted directly to the equipment panel, giving AGV robots, AMR platforms, charging boxes and DC power modules a cleaner and more reliable external interface.
The panel side is an XT90 male plug. This means the equipment side presents a fixed male charging interface, while the mating cable from the charger, docking station or test lead uses an XT90 female connector. Inside the enclosure, the cable continues as red and black UL1015 10AWG power leads and ends with an XT90 female socket with cover for connection to the internal battery circuit, BMS, controller or DC power module.
This layout is especially useful on equipment that needs frequent charging, battery service or removable DC connection, while keeping the main power wiring protected inside the chassis.
Build Information
According to the drawing, PCM-0975 uses an XT90H-M panel plug on the outside and an XT90H-F socket with cover on the cable end. The cable is built with red and black UL1015 10AWG wires, with an approximate wire outside diameter of 5.1 mm. Standard length options include 1FT, 2FT and 3FT versions, and the assembly is RoHS compliant.

Design Reminder
Because the outside panel side is an XT90 male plug, it should be used with proper circuit protection when connected to a live battery or power source. For battery-side applications, a fuse, switch, protective cover, recessed installation or interlock design is recommended to reduce accidental contact or short-circuit risk.
If the application needs a safer exposed battery-box input port, the reverse version with an XT90 female panel socket is usually more suitable.
