DB37 Male to 37 Flying Leads Cable Assembly
The PCM-0963 DB37 male to open wire cable provides a standard 37-position D-Sub male interface on one end and 37 individually separated flying leads on the other. It is designed for control equipment, test fixtures, data-acquisition systems, terminal blocks and customer-specific wiring installations.
The standard assembly uses grey UL2464 26 AWG multi-core shielded cable with an outside diameter of approximately 9.5 mm. The finished length is 1500 ± 30 mm, while the open-wire end provides 75 ± 10 mm flying leads with 3 ± 1 mm pre-stripped conductor ends.
The DB37 male connector features a black insulator, nickel-plated shell and UNC #4-40 locking hardware. A cable core is installed near the connector end. Pin assignment is manufactured according to an approved wire list or customer drawing.

The DB37 interface defines the mechanical connection only. Electrical compatibility must be confirmed against the complete pin assignment, signal type, voltage, current and shielding requirements.
