RJ45 Male to Dual XLR Female StudioHub Stereo Audio Cable for Axia
Designed for professional broadcast and studio audio wiring, PCM-KW-664 connects a compatible RJ45 audio interface to two XLR 3-pin female connectors. The two-channel configuration provides a practical interface for integrating RJ45-based studio infrastructure with professional equipment using balanced XLR connections.
TWO-CHANNEL AUDIO CONNECTION

STEREO ANALOG BREAKOUT
Two XLR Female Connections from a Single RJ45 Interface
PCM-KW-664 uses two independent XLR female branches rather than duplicating one signal. Each branch is wired to a separate pair on the RJ45 audio interface, providing two professional audio connections through one compact RJ45 connector.
This architecture is useful in broadcast studios where RJ45-based structured audio wiring needs to interface directly with equipment using conventional XLR inputs.
01
Broadcast Console Wiring
Connect compatible RJ45 audio infrastructure to professional console or equipment XLR inputs.
02
Audio Node Integration
Suitable for connecting compatible broadcast nodes and studio interfaces with nearby XLR equipment.
03
Rack Interconnection
The extended cable length allows signals to be routed between consoles, racks and adjacent processing equipment.
PROFESSIONAL XLR INTERFACE
Dual Female XLR Connectors for Balanced Audio Equipment
Both cable branches terminate in nickel-plated XLR 3-pin female connectors. Female XLR connections are commonly used when feeding audio into equipment such as processors, recorders, amplifiers, interfaces and other professional audio devices.
The two molded connector branches are separately identified, making channel recognition and equipment maintenance easier in dense studio installations.

Longer Cable Run for Equipment-to-Rack Connections
Unlike short adapter dongles intended for use directly beside equipment, PCM-KW-664 has a 2-meter overall length and approximately 400mm breakout section. This gives installers more flexibility when routing from an RJ45-equipped console or node to XLR equipment located elsewhere in the rack or workstation.

STRUCTURED STUDIO WIRING
From RJ45 Studio Infrastructure to Standard XLR Inputs
RJ45-based audio wiring can simplify cable management in broadcast facilities by carrying multiple audio connections through compact structured cabling. PCM-KW-664 provides the equipment-side transition to standard XLR connectors.
Typical environments include radio stations, broadcast control rooms, recording studios, equipment racks, audio processing systems and professional AV installations.

StudioHub and Axia-Compatible Applications
PCM-KW-664 can be used with compatible StudioHub-style and Axia audio interfaces using the corresponding two-channel analog audio wiring. It may also be evaluated for other professional broadcast equipment using the same RJ45 audio pin assignment.
RJ45 audio interfaces are application-specific and should not be assumed to be standard Ethernet connections.
QUALITY CONTROL
Electrical Testing
Each cable assembly is specified for 100% open and short testing, with an insulation requirement of 5MΩ minimum at DC300V.
CUSTOMIZATION
Custom RJ45 to XLR Audio Cables
Cable length, breakout length, XLR gender, pin assignment, cable construction and labeling can be customized according to the equipment and installation requirements.
